The StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network is a national network of 63 community partnerships in 32 states and Washington D.C.

StriveTogether announced today the addition of two new community partnerships to its Cradle to Career Network. The national collective impact initiative now includes 63 community partnerships from 32 states and Washington, D.C, all working to connect cross-sector leaders to improve education outcomes for kids.

Post Secondary & Career Success for All Students Event

Members of the StriveTogether Network are actively working to improve outcomes in the postsecondary and workforce space, and we are excited to bring partnerships together to learn more about how to advance this work.

This convening focuses on identifying strategies and practices that improve results in postsecondary and workforce attainment. Priority registration for the convening will be given to partnerships participating in the Lumina Community Partnership for Attainment.

StriveTogether will bring together Cradle to Career Network experts actively working to impact policy.

This invitation only convening will bring together StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network member partnerships who are actively working on or have been successful in their efforts to support, change, create or implement policies to move outcomes at the institutional, local or state level. During this convening, StriveTogether will facilitate sharing and learning across participants to capture knowledge that can support the development of new tools and resources for the broader Cradle to Career Network.
