Aaron Johnson is senior manager of network experience for StriveTogether. In this position, Aaron supports the Cradle to Career Network through digital community engagement, including managing the partner portal and coordinating the Network Navigator program.
Before joining StriveTogether, Aaron was the manager of evaluation and impact at Center for Changing Lives, where he conducted program evaluations, oversaw contract reporting and managed the organizational database. There, he created data-informed systems of learning for financial capability and workforce development programs, and crafted neighborhood policies to increase opportunities for affordable housing and living wage jobs for residents of color. Aaron spent the years prior to that role conducting social policy research and engaging in community and labor organizing.
Aaron earned a master of public affairs with a concentration in nonprofit management from the University of Missouri – Columbia. At the University of Missouri, Aaron was a Thurgood Marshall Fellow and researched the economic impacts of early childhood interventions. Aaron lives in Chicago with his partner and several house plants.
