Bridget Jancarz is chief of staff, supporting StriveTogether’s president and CEO to work effectively with internal and external collaborators and to fulfill commitments to the Cradle to Career Network, partners, investors and the board of directors. Bridget prepares for and facilitates key meetings, coordinates and leads projects, drafts communications, and identifies and strategizes around issues affecting StriveTogether and the Network.
Previously, Bridget managed a comprehensive strategy to accelerate better and more equitable outcomes within Cradle to Career Network communities, focusing on strategic supports to help communities advance through the StriveTogether Theory of Action. Bridget also oversaw the national evaluation, a three-year process to determine how communities build cradle-to-career infrastructure and reach community-level outcomes; and led the development and execution of the Systems Change Assessment to identify if and how communities are sustainably changing systems.
At Western Michigan University, Bridget earned a master of social work degree with a focus on policy, planning and administration. While there, she served as an intern and graduate assistant for Fostering Success Michigan, a backbone organization for a collective impact strategy to improve educational outcomes for youth and alumni of foster care. She also actively participated in collaborative action networks for The Learning Network in Kalamazoo, Mich.
Bridget also received a bachelor of business administration, summa cum laude, with a concentration in advertising and promotion from Western Michigan University. She has previous experience in both the marketing and financial sectors.
