StriveTogether hosts outcomes convenings to bring communities together around key areas of work. Participants build connections with each other, national partners and field experts to support learning around what’s working to accelerate equitable outcomes. Together, participants develop strategies and take action to shift practices, policies, resources and power structures to advance local, state and national priorities.
For our convening on high school graduation, postsecondary education and workforce outcomes, we’re working to build a smooth transition from high school graduation to either college or a career path.
