Most recently he worked at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where he helped clinical teams and community partners manage research, led quality improvement projects and provided analytical support. He has also worked on several Cincinnati-based collective impact initiatives, where he realized his passion for community engagement and the positive impact of uplifting youth voice.
Jack has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a master of science in business administration marketing at the University of Cincinnati. He is passionate about helping teams leverage data and quality improvement strategies to improve outcomes for children and families.
Promoting equity and valuing differences is an important core value to me. As a sibling to someone with physical and cognitive disabilities and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have directly seen the negative impact of discrimination and inequities. Implementing inclusive and anti-racist practices is a vital component of improving outcomes for children and families.
