Director of Race Equity, Inclusion and Culture

Robin A. Wright is director of race equity, inclusion and culture at StriveTogether, responsible for leading our internal efforts toward antiracism and inclusion.

Before joining StriveTogether, Robin led racial equity initiatives as an independent diversity consultant and as a senior social equity specialist at Design Impact, where she worked to deepen the organization’s ability to live into their commitment to racial equity internally and in their social change work. She led evaluation efforts and helped integrate racial healing practices into their human-centered design process.

Prior to Design Impact, Robin oversaw social change initiatives for students at the University of Cincinnati. Her impact was recognized through the receipt of the Equity and Inclusion Award from the Division of Student Affairs and a Feminist Changemaker Award by UC’s Women Center.

Robin’s background is expansive and multifaceted, spanning from social policy advocacy, action-oriented research and engagement, community organizing and more. Her expertise has been featured in The New York Times, NPR, Cincinnati Public Radio and Diverse Issues in Higher Education, among others. Robin obtained a Master’s of Public Administration from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in pan-African studies at Kent State University.
