Now more than ever, the work we do collectively to change systems is so important. The StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network is an essential contributor to the response and recovery work happening in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Just as each of you in the Network are redesigning your work to meet your community’s needs, StriveTogether is shifting our priorities to meet yours. That includes our planning for the Cradle to Career Network Convening — the time when the Network joins together and showcases the strength of our movement to get better and more equitable outcomes for kids and families.
We continue to plan for an impactful in-person event while preparing for the possibility of a meaningful virtual experience. We are monitoring the situation regularly and will make decisions, first and foremost, based on what keeps everyone safe. We are committed to working with the Cradle to Career Network to design an event that celebrates progress and successes, acknowledges challenges, ensures the sustainability of our efforts, and supports the advancement of our work to ensure every child is successful.
What: Every year, StriveTogether brings the power of our national movement to one city for three days of connecting, learning and creating change. The Cradle to Career Network Convening is the only event of its kind for local leaders breaking down barriers and changing systems for more than 13 million youth and counting.
When: Wednesday through Friday, September 23-25, 2020.
Where: Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill.
Join us: Registration will open this summer.
