Systems Specialist
Catherine “Cat” Small is systems specialist at StriveTogether. In this role, she supports the design, development and implementation of The Training Hub, powered by StriveTogether.
Previously, Cat designed curriculum and taught English as a second language at universities in Korea and the United States, supporting and prioritizing learner success.
Cat transitioned from the classroom to instructional design and learning technology in 2020 and worked in higher education and corporate training. She is thrilled to be part of the StriveTogether team to help combat educational inequities in underserved communities. Cat is committed to being anti-racist and her learning design is both inclusive and accessible.
Cat holds a Master of Arts in intercultural studies and Bachelors of Arts in English and German. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, swimming, hiking and spending time with her family.
