Associate, Assessment and Evaluation
Christina Kay joined StriveTogether in August 2024 as the associate of assessment and evaluation. In this role, she partners with the Insights and Analytics team to project manage assessment processes, oversee assessment documentation and drive qualitative analysis of individual assessments. Her work helps ensure consistent, data-driven progress across the Cradle to Career Network.
Christina brings a background in education to her current role, having served as a teacher, vice principal and principal at a nonprofit high school in the Denver, Colorado, metro area. There, she supported students with adverse childhood experiences and complex trauma, including survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. Prior to joining the StriveTogether team, she also worked as a project coordinator for an international nonprofit, where she refined her skills in project and data management.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and Spanish from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. She also completed the Executive Program for Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in New Jersey.
