Director of Marketing and Communication
Elizabeth Male is director of marketing and communication at StriveTogether. In this role, she leads efforts to share the impact of the Cradle to Career Network, build awareness and move supporters to action.
Elizabeth’s experience in communication ranges from expanding the reach of national organizations to deepening local work. Previously, Elizabeth was a writer and editor at Feeding America, where she helped share stories, news and resources with food banks across the country, produced a podcast about addressing racial inequities in food insecurity, and updated the organization’s language guide. Before joining Feeding America, she was communication manager at StriveTogether. In this role, she developed and executed strategies to reach diverse audiences through social media, email and website content. Elizabeth started her career at an organization that supports individuals with disabilities, where she shared stories of full lives and led communication, marketing and fundraising efforts.
Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in English literature from Northwestern University. She lives in Chicago, where you can find her running along with lakefront or painting at her neighborhood art studio.
