Special Assistant, Programs
Kristi Reynolds is special assistant of programs at StriveTogether. In this role, she provides support and coordination to the Chief Program Officer and the programs team.
Before joining StriveTogether, Kristi served as an executive assistant spanning multiple industries, supporting leadership in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Her experience ranges from managing intricate schedules and coordinating major events to overseeing project timelines and supporting high-volume communications. Kristi is a skilled communicator and relationship builder, with a passion for helping others and giving back to her community.
Kristi earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Louisville and resides in Villa Hills, Kentucky with her husband, their two children, their dog and two cats. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her visiting the zoo with her family, searching for the best ice cream or reading suspense novels.

Health care, and particularly mental health, are incredibly important to me because they form the foundation of overall wellbeing. The stigma that still surrounds mental health makes it more difficult for people to seek help. Ultimately, promoting healthcare and mental health awareness isn’t just about treating illness – it’s about creating a society that values wellbeing, and supports individuals in living their best lives.
