Senior Manager, Insights and Analytics
Nick Lennon is the senior manager of insights and analytics at StriveTogether, where he leads the design and execution of data strategies that inform decision making across the organization and Cradle to Career Network. In this role, he collaborates with staff and network members to generate actionable insights and improve data systems. Nick helps shape the organization’s data strategy and analytics capacity, streamlining data workflows and aligning data use with StriveTogether’s strategic priorities. His work drives continuous improvement and helps scale data-informed practices that support network members in expanding opportunity so all youth can thrive.
Prior to joining StriveTogether, Nick supported marketing analytics and insight generation for Kroger suppliers at its data analytics subsidiary, 84.51. He later led data science product development at an e-grocery startup, where he applied advanced analytics to improve decision making and customer experience. Nick is also a former math teacher with Cincinnati Public Schools, where he gained firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities in K-12 education systems.
Nick holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in business analytics from the University of Cincinnati. He lives in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, is a graduate of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s CincyNext program and serves as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati.
