Executive Assistant to the CEO
Tim Andersen is the executive assistant to the CEO at StriveTogether, partnering with the executive services team to operate strategically and drive our mission.
Prior to joining StriveTogether, Tim served as executive administrator to Provost and Executive Vice President Melissa Gilliam at The Ohio State University, where he co-led workplace culture programming and supervised the Office of Academic Affairs’ administrative team. Before working in academia, Tim served as executive assistant to Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor at the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Tim’s experience spans over a decade of public service at the local, state and federal levels. He is nuanced in organizational workflows and intra-organizational efficiencies. His private sector background in hospitality equipped him with many tools to provide effective communication and produce results.
Tim is no stranger to dogs. In his spare time, Tim enjoys participating in animal charity events, traveling and volunteering with equality initiatives.

For me, efforts to elect a judiciary that is representative of the community it serves is paramount for equitable outcomes. A judiciary reflective of diverse backgrounds along with modernizing fines, fees and bail will safeguard families from financial, housing and emotional instabilities that directly affect our youth.
