The Training Hub supports local leaders as they develop critical capacities needed for cross-sector, systems-focused work. These trainings are intended to help communities improve outcomes by ensuring that they can:
● Create & implement an action plan that is community-driven, strengths-based, and systems-focused.
● Identify & support community leaders that serve marginalized communities to have power and agency to make change.
● Build a racially diverse, committed Board that guides the work and holds accountability for the overall effort.
● Operate a high-functioning backbone or intermediary that is financially sustainable, employs racially diverse & proximate talent, and is
community-supported.
● Establish a data infrastructure that tracks community strength, community needs and the Partnership’s impact.
We are honored to support your work and hope that you decide to join one of our trainings in Fall 2023.
Course registration for each Fall 2023 offering will close on the 15th of the month prior to its start date, with one exception. For October courses, the registration deadline will be September 22nd. Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a notification regarding next steps and confirmation of your acceptance.
