Paid parental leave — We value family, so we support and encourage new parents to take time off when welcoming a member to the family. All team members who are new parents — including fathers and adoptive parents — receive six weeks of fully paid parental leave. New mothers who give birth have additional maternity leave time, for a total of 12 weeks.
