we make
a difference

StriveTogether team members are leaders committed to building an equitable future.

CAREERS

join our team

We are community supporters, policy busters, difference makers and systems changers. We are justice fighters, active parents and compassionate leaders. Above all, we are champions for every child: all races, all backgrounds and all beliefs.

Every child deserves every opportunity to succeed.

At StriveTogether, we cultivate an environment that centers equity and belonging so that every member of our team can grow both personally and professionally. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to help communities across the country break down barriers, transform systems and improve outcomes for every child, cradle to career.

perks & benefits

Competitive retirement savings plan — Automatic employer contribution and a match of employee contributions.

Equitable pay and benefits — We conduct regular assessments to ensure our employees receive pay and benefits that are equitable across the organization.

Location, location, location — Our headquarters in Cincinnati features a central downtown location with a rooftop deck, community meeting space and paid parking. Our Chicago office features the amenities of a coworking space in the Loop with a view of Lake Michigan.

Paid parental leave — We value family, so we support and encourage new parents to take time off when welcoming a member to the family. All team members who are new parents — including fathers and adoptive parents — receive six weeks of fully paid parental leave. New mothers who give birth have additional maternity leave time, for a total of 12 weeks.

Professional development — StriveTogether encourages a culture of growth and gives employees access to resources for professional development. This is important both within the company and externally so we utilize webinars, conferences and trainings.
