Description:
We doing the work but why hasn’t anything changed? Because of systemic biases are largely invisible, people only see the resulting event, not the systemic flaw. This self–paced workshop provides an overview of how systems are built and uses the Systems Iceberg tool can to uncover invisible patterns, structures and beliefs within a system’s structure that can be target and changed.
