Partners for Education, of Berea College, is partnering with StriveTogether, Save The Children and the Annie E. Casey Foundation to try to improve outcomes for children in Rural America with a plan titled The Rural Accelerator Initiative.
“We fundamentally refuse to settle for a world where a child’s potential is dictated by race, zip code or circumstance. Our job is to break down barriers, change systems and improve outcomes for as many families as possible,” explained Jennifer Blatz, president and CEO of StriveTogether, when asked why the company got involved in the initiative.
