Grounded in proven approaches and tools used by nearly 70 communities in the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network, the courses and workshops have been tested by national partners. These courses and offerings are accessible to everyone, including place-based partnerships and community partners outside of the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network.

Design and implement systems thinking to ensure that solutions are racially equitable and balance accountability, including centering the lived experiences of communities and identifying levers each stakeholder is responsible for shifting.
Align partners (individuals and organizations) to make measurable contributions toward improved and equitable systems.
Center work in racial equity to identify and eliminate barriers created by historic and present racism (interpersonal, structural and systemic).
Use lived, professional and personal experience and strengths to lead systems change work.
Use a variety of data to take actions that improve outcomes and create equitable systems.
Establish collective accountability to identify and achieve systems change results; improve and build upon efforts over time; and invest the community’s resources differently to increase impact.
Courses labeled with the following course types are designed as follows:
Get practical skills and knowledge for successful collaboration and partner engagement. Workshops are 90-minutes and come in two formats: live, interactive sessions and self-paced learning with a closing interactive session. No preparation is needed, and you’ll receive takeaway tools and materials.
Explore concepts related to successful collaboration and partner engagement, with self-paced or live formats available. Mini courses are a 6-7.5 hour commitment over five weeks and involve prep work. You’ll need to attend all sessions, so consider choosing one mini course at a time. You’ll receive takeaway materials and resources.
Dig into in-depth learning and practical application of concepts related to successful collaboration and partner engagement, in an individual or team format. Comprehensive courses involve a 15-hour commitment over 10-12 weeks, including attending all live sessions and completing prep work. You’ll receive coaching and takeaway materials.
