Senior Director of Technology and Systems
As senior director of technology and systems, Brandon oversees StriveTogether’s digital transformation strategy and vision.
Before joining StriveTogether, Brandon served as the chief data officer for the city of Cincinnati, where he built a 20-year career using data, technology and analytical skills to develop information technology infrastructure and solve complex issues for the city. Brandon worked with a variety of offices and teams to lead digital transformation projects that improved quality and efficiency and expanded services for city agencies.
Brandon was born and raised in Cincinnati. He earned his bachelor’s of science in computer science from Kentucky State University, as well as a master of divinity in pastoral care from Liberty University. Brandon values his faith, family and friends, and his personal motto is “Deal in potential, not the past.”

Of our core values, courage is the most important value to me. In my opinion, courage must be on display when facing overwhelming personal and professional circumstances. Courage is required to serve people with compassion. Courage is required to speak truth to power. Personally and professionally, courage was required to leave an organization after 20 years and join an organization with a mission to improve the lives of children across this country.
