As technology specialist, Darnell supports StriveTogether’s digital transformation strategy.
Darnell has over 10 years of experience in the information technology field. Prior to joining the StriveTogether team he spent five years as a desktop support technician at Atlas Air, providing various levels of IT support.
Darnell is a Cincinnati native and credits his parents with showing him how to treat every person with respect, compassion and love. Darnell is passionate about the purpose behind StriveTogether’s work and about diversity, equity and inclusion.

What is a place that has shaped you, and how does it give you purpose?
Forest Park, Ohio, where I grew up. Growing up there showed me what the world of diversity, equity and inclusion is supposed to look like. Although it took many years to realize how that place has shaped my view of others, growing up there reinforced my family’s values of treating everyone with respect, compassion and love. In Forest Park I met parents, teachers and friends that treated me with those values regardless of who I was.
