Special Assistant, Network Impact and Pathways Impact Fund
Courtney Burgtorf joined StriveTogether in January 2026 as the Special Assistant to the Vice President of Network Impact, Bridget Jancarz, and the Executive Director of Pathways Impact Fund, John Garcia III. In this role, Courtney provides high-level administrative support to each executive, including calendar management and communications, as well as supports the Network team and the Pathways Impact Fund team in administrative operational and logistical functions. Through cross-team collaboration, coordination and organization, Courtney ensures daily operations run smoothly for the Network and Pathways Impact Fund executives and teams.
Courtney brings an extensive background in program and project management, strategic collaboration and mission-driven work to the StriveTogether team. Prior to StriveTogether, Courtney served as the Senior Program Manager at Adopt A Class, ensuring high-quality college and career exploration programming was delivered to thousands of students in kindergarten through eighth grade across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Her background includes marketing and communication and education.
Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University and lives in Cincinnati with her husband and two cats.
