Chief of Staff, Pathways Impact Fund
Melissa Kevra is the Chief of Staff for the Pathways Impact Fund, where she serves as a senior strategic partner to the Executive Director in launching and operationalizing a national fund that equips regional intermediaries to scale purposeful pathways — connecting students to good jobs and economic mobility. In this role, she leads the Fund’s early operations, systems, and culture; oversees grantmaking and partner engagement; and directs all communications, marketing, and field-building efforts — including the Fund’s inaugural Action and Learning Summit.
Melissa brings nearly 15 years of experience building systems and supporting mission-driven organizations through periods of growth and complexity. Prior to joining StriveTogether, she founded a consulting firm where she served as Fractional Chief of Staff and strategic advisor to CEOs — including StriveTogether’s own Executive Director — helping leaders translate vision into executable priorities and build the operational infrastructure to sustain them. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at OneGoal leading performance management, talent analytics, and staff engagement scaling the talent infrastructure of a national organization.
Melissa‘s career began at Teach For America, where she led recruitment strategy across a portfolio of 150+ universities, and continued to the Education Achievement Authority of Detroit, where she served as Project Manager in the Office of the Chancellor.
She lives in Wixom, Michigan, with her husband and two kids.
