Manager, Training Hub
Brittany joined StriveTogether in 2022 and is a manager in the Training Hub, where she supports conveners and facilitators to ensure smooth course delivery and a positive experience for both course staff and participants. She coordinates the planning, logistics and evaluation of learning offerings designed to strengthen the capacity of Cradle to Career Network members. Brittany plays a key role in aligning training experiences with organizational priorities, gathering feedback and supporting continuous improvement across the Training Hub’s portfolio of courses.
Before joining StriveTogether, Brittany advocated for underserved communities through her work as a wellness champion at Queen’s Village and as a facilitator of the Parents on Point program. She also served as executive secretary to the assistant superintendent at Cincinnati Public Schools, where she played a key role in providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, handling communications and ensuring day-to-day operations ran efficiently. She began her career as a paraprofessional in a multiple disabilities classroom, offering direct, hands-on support to students with diverse needs. She later became a senior support specialist in the Student Services department, where she focused on auditing Individualized Education Programs from various schools to ensure compliance and quality in special education services.
Brittany lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband and two daughters.
