Senior Manager, Training Hub
As the senior manager of training at StriveTogether, Cynthia leads the product vision, strategy and execution of the learning management system for the Cradle to Career Network and place-based leaders. Within the training team, she works closely with e-learning and delivery stakeholders to cultivate a best-in-class user experience and ensure the use of high-quality training software for Training Hub learners. Outside of the training team, she also works cross-functionally with information technology, data and analytics, marketing, and network impact teams to build impactful learning management solutions that deliver results and capacity building to place-based partnership leaders.
In her previous roles, Cynthia started her career at Amazon where she managed over $50 million in annual revenue across key furniture vendor accounts and drove more than 50% year-over-year growth through product launches, operational initiatives and marketing campaigns. She then transitioned into public radio at Seattle’s NPR station KUOW 94.9 as their marketing project manager. In this role, she led audience research initiatives, project managed implementations of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, and managed podcast promotional launches. Across both roles, Cynthia gained deep experience in strategic planning, cross-functional coordination and the successful launch of data-informed projects and initiatives.
Cynthia grew up in the Pacific Northwest and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the University of Washington. She currently lives in Cincinnati and enjoys crafting, watching documentaries and spending time with her partner and pit bull Tina.
