As vice president of finance and operations at StriveTogether, Jeri Duncan leads the organization’s financial strategy and operational infrastructure to ensure long-term sustainability and high-performance execution. She manages a $40+ million annual budget, oversees enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting and reporting, and develops cross-functional systems that support organization-wide accountability and strategic alignment. She also leads the organization’s risk management, legal and compliance, contracts, facilities and in-person event logistics — ensuring internal operations are efficient and mission-aligned. As a key member of the Organizational Leadership Team, Jeri helps translate strategy into action to drive progress toward the organization’s goal of economic mobility for every child.

Jeri brings over a decade of experience in financial and operational leadership, primarily in the nonprofit sector. Her background includes coordinating audit activities, leading grants compliance and reporting, and building data systems for financial transparency and strategic decision-making. She has worked across a variety of teams to build integrated planning cycles, align financial strategies with organizational goals and manage risk in complex, mission-driven environments. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Jeri applies deep expertise in nonprofit accounting, fund management and internal controls to support strong fiscal stewardship and sustainable impact.

Jeri holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Maryland and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she resides with her husband and two mostly grown children. She spends her time fixing up a 120-year-old home and traveling with friends and family, especially to be near lakes and oceans.
