Senior Director, Programs and Strategy for the Pathways Impact Fund
Julia di Bonaventura is the senior director of programs and strategy for the Pathways Impact Fund, where she leads strategies to support regional intermediaries advancing high-quality career pathways. In this role, she oversees the design of technical assistance and field engagement efforts to build aligned, student-centered pathways ecosystems across the country.
Julia brings almost a decade of experience building pathways systems and supporting intermediary organizations. Prior to joining StriveTogether, Julia led both multi-state and multi-region pathways initiatives at Jobs for the Future through the work of the Pathways to Prosperity Network. She has worked with intermediaries across the country, designing and delivering place-based coaching, convenings and field-building strategies that strengthen the conditions for student success. Julia’s career began as a career counselor for the Boston Private Industry Council and continued to Brigham and Women’s Hospital where she led work-based learning initiatives supporting high school and college students.
Julia holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Brown University and a master of education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She lives outside Boston, Massachusetts, with her two daughters.
