Kristi reynolds
Special Assistant, Programs
Kristi Reynolds joined StriveTogether in 2024 as special assistant to the Program team. In this role, Kristi supports the chief program officer and the vice president of Insights & Analytics, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring efficient internal communication. She also helps manage projects within the Program team and supports cross-functional collaboration. Her role is vital to maintaining organizational alignment and enabling leaders to focus on advancing StriveTogether’s mission and strategic priorities.
Kristi brings extensive administrative experience from the health care and nonprofit sector, where she supported executive teams and managed high-volume communications. She has overseen project timelines, planned and executed major events, and maintained efficient daily operations for senior leadership. In addition to administrative support, she has experience editing and publishing academic journal manuscripts, ensuring high-quality written content and adherence to publication standards. Her background includes managing intricate calendars and logistics for multiple stakeholders, as well as building strong internal and external relationships.
Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Louisville. She lives in Villa Hills, Kentucky, with her husband, two children, their dog and their cats.
