Vice President of People, Values and Culture

Gina Trieste is vice president of people, values and culture at StriveTogether. In this role, she is responsible for building and leading the strategy for our culture, equity, and talent, results and performance management work.

Gina is a bilingual, relational leader with over 15 years of human resources and people operations experience across sectors, industries and organizational life cycles. Prior to joining StriveTogether, Gina served as the chief people officer for a global nonprofit focused on alleviating poverty by supporting growing agricultural enterprises with loans and advisory services. In this role, she oversaw people operations for 150 employees in 10 countries.

She began her career as a human resources assistant for a small agricultural distributor based in Tampa, Florida. Since then, she has worked in Fortune 100 organizations, local government, a start-up and four nonprofits before joining StriveTogether. She is passionate about investing in people and creating infrastructures where colleagues thrive.

Gina holds a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of South Florida. In addition, she is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resource Management.  She was born in Kentucky and raised in Florida. Her family resides in the Tampa Bay, Florida area and enjoys traveling and going to Disney as often as possible.
